Artists and Galleries who are members of artwhatson.com.au are agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of these terms governs the relationship between the member and artwhatson (10 group pty ltd) for use of the artwhatson.com.au service. If you do not agree to these terms, the service will not be available.
The use of this site including all software, text and images contained within it, is governed by these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Statement.
Members are solely responsible for their own content. artwhatson has no obligation to review or edit this content.
In displaying content, you warrant that you are authorised by the copyright owner to display or publish that content.
If your content is deemed to be offensive, of insufficient quality, or otherwise unsuitable for the artwhatson site, it may be removed from the site by artwhatson. 'Unsuitability' may be defined at the discretion of artwhatson.
Your content must not contain any material in contravention of any State, Territory, Commonwealth or other relevant Australian law.
artwhatson makes no sales of artwork from this site. Any sales are between the buyer and seller and the terms and conditions of negotiations or agreements are between them. artwhatson merely seeks to put the parties in touch with each other.
artwhatson offers no warranty or guarantee as to the quality or authenticity of any work sold on this site.
By exhibiting on this website, you agree that you will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the content or operation of the site through any means including, but not limited to, spamming, hacking, viruses or similar.
To use the service, you must complete the registration form and provide the details required.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a username and password via email, which will enable you to display your work on the site and, if eligible, in the e-news.
You are responsible for the security of your password and carry sole liability for any loss or damage caused by unauthorised use of that password.
In building your website, you acknowledge that you do not own any software and you may not copy or modify the software in any way. Pages you create may be used for the purposes of displaying or selling your work however you do not own the pages.
Support services for artwhatson may be unavailable at any given time. artwhatson offers no warranty as to the timeliness of support or the ability of these support services to resolve problems you may experience whilst using the site.
Payment for use of artwhatson services is by credit card only, except by prior arrangement. When paying for the service by credit card, you must provide appropriate credit card details.
Billing will commence from the day your username and password is emailed and shall be independent of whether you have taken your site online or offline.
Selection of a 3 month or 12 month term will result in one payment in advance for the period. You will receive a renewal reminder email approx 3 weeks prior to expiry of the term.
Selection of the '1 month ongoing' option will result in monthly ongoing billing for a twelve month period. You must approve the ongoing billing facility and email us if and when you wish to discontinue this facility.
GST will be charged at the rate of 10% as per pricing indicated on the site. An invoice in taxable form will be emailed.
All prices are in Australian dollars, unless otherwise indicated or otherwise negotiated between individual parties.
artwhatson offers no warranty or guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, unaffected by software bugs, or be free of technical difficulties.
artwhatson will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the supply or interrupted or late supply of services.
artwhatson may at its sole discretion withdraw, suspend or terminate services at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
In the event of termination of a member's services by artwhatson for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, artwhatson will not be liable to refund any monies paid.

We will never distribute or on-sell any information of any kind to third parties.
We do not carry any paid advertising on the site.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your information and data is securely protected.
Privacy for Artists and Galleries:
Your email address is kept confidential and is not published on the site (users wishing to contact you do so via means of the email form where your address is kept undisclosed) Your email address will be used to send you reminders and invoices as well as information about artwhatson and other material we think may be relevant to your site. Apart from invoicing and site expiry emails, you may opt out of this list at any time.
Credit card details are collected only under secure server conditions for billing purposes. The information does not go to artwhatson, but to a secure merchant gateway service, then on to our bank. We do not have access to your card details at any time. For this reason, you will need to provide your details again each time you make a renewal or top up payment.
